Refund & Cancellation Policy

Thank you for supporting Raosaheb Charitable Trust. Because donations are put to work quickly, they are generally not refundable. We will, however, refund a donation in the situations below.

When we will refund

• You were charged more than once for the same donation (duplicate payment).
• An incorrect amount was charged because of a technical error.
• The payment was made without your authorisation.

How to request a refund

Email contact@raosaheb.org within 7 days of the donation, with your name, payment ID, donation date, amount and the reason for the request.

Processing

We review each request and reply within 3 working days. Approved refunds are sent back to the original payment method within 7 to 10 working days. The time taken for the amount to reach your account depends on your bank.

Receipts

If a donation is refunded, any 80G receipt issued for it is cancelled and cannot be used for tax purposes.

Cancellation

Donations are one-time payments. There are no subscriptions or recurring charges to cancel, and no goods or services are shipped.
