Raosaheb Charitable Trust respects your privacy. This policy explains what information we collect through raosaheb.org and its campaign pages, and how we use it.

What we collect

• Donation details: your name, email address, mobile number, donation amount and, if you provide it, your PAN.
• Payment reference: the payment ID and status from our payment partner, Razorpay.

We do not collect or store your card, UPI or bank account details. These are handled directly by Razorpay under its own security standards.

How we use it

• To process your donation and send you a confirmation and thank-you email.
• To issue your 80G donation receipt.
• To meet our legal obligations, including reporting donations to the Income Tax Department as required by law.
• To reply to your questions.

Who we share it with

We share your information only with: Razorpay (to process payments), our email service provider (to send emails), and government authorities where the law requires it. We never sell or rent your information, and we do not use it for advertising.

How long we keep it

We keep donation records for as long as required under Indian tax and trust laws, after which they are deleted.

Cookies

Our websites do not use advertising or tracking cookies. Our payment partner may use cookies needed to complete a payment securely.

Your choices

You can ask us to see, correct or update the information we hold about you by writing to contact@raosaheb.org. Some records must be kept for legal reasons even if you ask us to delete them.

We may update this policy from time to time. The latest version will always be on this page.
